Don't know if Pharmingen has anti-rat for these cytokines, but I use their
rat anti-mouse TNF and IL6 on paraffin sections with HIER (Vector antigen
retrieval solution). The results are not spectacular in mouse kidney, but
spleen as positive control looks great.
