Hi,
    I have used Proteinase K for 2 minuets and 0.03% H2O2 for 7 minutes.
DAKO has a prediluted antibody which can be used with LSAB2 incubated for 10
minutes, or the concentrate @ (+/-) 1:2000 with LSAB+. The HemePath docs
loved it.
