Melanie,
For years we had problems with our Kappa and Lambda IHC stains, but I
think we have finally got it right! We are using Dako LSAB2 detection kit
and prediluted Dako Kappa & Lambda antibodies. We do not perform HEIR as we
do an enzyme pretreatment only (with Dako Proteinase K). This gives us
great, consistent results. Good Luck!
