Hi Carolyn,
We use the ER antibody from Immunotech (Beckman/Coulter) clone 1D5. We antigen retrieve in citrate buffer and incubate overnight at 4 degrees, then use LSAB2 from Dako. It works well at 1:100, with some cases we get some cytoplasmic staining, but as far as I know thats been documented.

We are having problems with very weak staining with ER. We use antigen retrieval
in citrate buffer in the microwave. The antibody was from Nova-Castra and then we
tried one from Biogenex with the same results. Can anyone give any suggestions
??.
