Denise,
  I have an autostainer and I use a buffer from Signet Pathology Systems 
which is a 20x concentrate.  It seems to work o.k. and as far as I know has 
given no problems.  As far as the antibody diluent, yes I do use Dako's 
brand (S8309) and I am very satisfied with it.
