Depending on the age of the mouse this can be done on a regular cryostat or
a sliding cryostat. ther are some old papers by Oldstone and Lipkin I think
[ to late on a friday to look up the exact ref]. Basically what is done is
to put adhesive tape over the specimen, from that point on you can do a
process like an immunoblot or you can even stain on the tape. They used
radiography, if you would like the specific references let me kow beginning
of next week.
