Immunos are charged similiar to special stains - per antibody/specimen using
CPT code 88342.
eg.  S100 on Block A and B - 88342 x 2
       S100 on Blocks A1 and A2 - 88342
You want to charge at least the Medicare reimbursment rate.  Try to find the
"going rate" in your area.  It does vary.
