I use NovaCastra's ER (clone 6F11) and have good results, I steam retrieve at
present, (I find it more gentle) but have done the microwave, and am getting a
Decloaking chamber (pressure cooker)from BioCare. The one thing I have
learned is that ER/PR are heat sensitive, ER more so than PR, and works better
on the counter than on my NexES. I also have used Dako's ER, Zymed's ER, and
Biogenex's ER, all of which have worked well for me, but if you want to talk
live, give me a call at 1-912-301-2374 to discuss your procedure.
