Is anyone using this method or is it obsolete?
Do you have a protocol/SOP you could FW to me please?
To fix muscle specimens uniformly do you use muscle clamps? what brand/type?
Do you evaluate wet specimens (subgross) or paraffin sections?
Do you know of any good references re techniques &/or mechanisms?

Thanks in advance.
