  We order c-kit (CD117) from Dako (cat# A4502).  This is their rabbit 
polyclonal antibody.  It works well on paraffin tissue with HIER in 
citrate.  DO NOT ORDER THE MONOCLONAL C-KIT FROM DAKO.  IT DOES NOT WORK 
ON PARAFFIN!

     We order e-cadherin from Zymed (cat# ZS18-0223).  Again, this is a 
very nice antibody on paraffin with HIER in citrate.  I don't have a 
ventana, so I can't address that issue.
