Dear Vinnie,
I use a monoclonal antibody called 3F4 from Senetek.
Purified IgG 1.0mg/ml code 620-02.
I use it at 1:0000. It needs autoclave antigen retrieval for 30 mins.
It is a great antibody and I have never had any problems.
