A good person to contact is Katherine O'Rourke at Washington State
University in Pullman, WA. She has done tremendous work with Scrapie,
similiar to CJD. I'm sure the antibody is different, but the
technique may be similiar. Her email is "Katherine O'Rourke"

Good Luck
