I do not know what species you are working with but I do IHC with HRP on
murine liver all the time with no difficulty at all. Sections are cut at 4um
and endogenous peroxidase is blocked for 15 minutes in 0.3% vol/vol hydrogen
peroxide in PBS-0.02% Tween for 15 minutes.
