Histonetters,  Are there any organizations doing proficiency testing for 
histology laboratories? I seem to remember reading that one of our 
organizations will begin some form of proficiency testing in the near 
future.  Our QA officers want ALL the lab sections to begin some form of 
testing. They do not accept running control slides or pathologist's 
verification as "proficiency" and want an outside organization to perform 
this type of testing for our lab.   Can you help?
