Hi everyone,
Several months ago we've used KPL's True Blue instead of DAB in an
immunocytochemistry (ICC) run for the first time. We were staining GnRH
neurons in bird brains. At the time the procedure worked fine, but I just
went back to quantify some neurons in these same brains and it seems that
there has been a drastic fading of True Blue neuronal staining. Does anyone
have any experience with True Blue? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx.
