Dearest Histonetters,
I am grateful for all the suggestion I received this morning (Dutch
time!) on cutting sucrose-infused livers. Solving last (late!)
night's problem seems less far away now.
Someone suggested to use lower grades of sucrose as well. Since a
substantial amount of tissue blocks is already floating/sinking in
50% sucrose, I wonder if it is possible to return on the path and get
the percentage down to 15-20% again!
Irene
