Maria,

The Zebrafish Book contains protocols for agar-sucrose and wholemounts. This
reference can be found at:

http://zfish.uoregon.edu/zf_info/zfbook/zfbk.html

These protocols may have been modified somewhat since the publication of this
book. So please feel free to contact me if you have specific questions. At
least this will give you a starting point.

Hello from San Francisco! I've been following your messages between
you and Terry. I was wondering if you could share your methods for
the agar/sucrose blocks and procedure for wholemounts?
I would really appreciate your experience and time on these items.
Thanks again.
kind regards
