The manufacturer's spec sheet is a good starting point, if you have one.
Most of our antibodies are custom made and we are the first to use them.

I don't think that any one has mentioned this one yet, but most of the
time, the manufacturer or data sheet supplied with the antibody can give
you a nice starting point as to what the initial dilution
range/pre-treatment method to start out with.
