Hi Histoneters:
I want to know if some knows some protocol to process rat skin.
They are portions of 1,5 x 1,5 cm. The embedding I should carry out it with
Epoxi -Resin usually .
Araldite 10 ml
Polybed 10 ml
DDSA 24ml
DMP30 0.8 ml
The epidermis appears well in the cuts.
The rest of the subcutaneus and the colagen is accustomed to digregase in
the water.
I use Karnovsky in the fixation
and osmium tetroxide
