Hi Selina,
We've been using Diff-Quik for a number of years now. It is
produced by a company called Dade Behring AG in Switzerland, but we buy
it from McQuilkin and Co. in Glasgow (Tel: 0141 429 7777). It's
supplied as a kit containing 3 ( x500ml ) solutions ( as Mike rightly
said ) and we pay approx £80 per kit ( Product Code 130832). We use it
in Cytology for fluid samples and for FNA's. It is very simple to use,
air dry the smear/ 5-6 dips each solution/ rinse in water/ air dry/
mount in DPX . ( we use a hot air 'gun' to dry them rapidly ). It's
ideal for the 'one-stop' breast clinics we run. If you need any more
info just get in touch.
	Hope this helps,

Hi folks,

can anyone help me to locate a product called DiffQuick?
I believe that it's a stain that can be used to help distinguish the
different white cell types.
If not can anyone recommend anything that I could use for this purpose?
Many thanks.
Yours hopefully.
