I am hoping that someone can share CPT Coding for the following test
performed on a muscle biopsy (not morphometric analysis):
	H&E cut on frozen section w/interpretation ?
We perform additional stains on muscle frozens as well and code them
according to methodology (histochemical, enzyme constituent identification,
or immunohistochemical).  Also, we may process a paraffin block in some
cases, which we code as 88305.  I am just a little confused on how to code
the H&E.  Thanks for any information!
