Thanks for the replies on True Blue. We have been using it as a substrate
for HRP in immunostaining and have not been able to get a permanent dye. I
don't know whether a stabilizer is premixed in the True Blue we used (KPT).
Anyway we will try to stablize the signal as recommended.
