Dear Cynthia--Laser Capture Microdissection is a technique that calls for
$50,000+++to set up. Special protocols for cutting, staqining, fixing,
etc. The slide is placed on the stage and you "zap" the tissue9where you
want to-only) with a laser while looking thru a scope. We do a lot of
tumor slides--and then make "dirty DNA" or RNA from the final tumor cells.
It is extremely interesting and the very CUTTING EDGE of histo.

If I may be of any more help---write--
Sincerely,
Louise
