We have this problem once in awhile and it seems to be case or tumor block
specific. ( At least that is the excuse we tell our pathologists, can't be the
histotech"s fault!)  We have the first Ventana immunostainer, dry the slides
at 80oC and use a microwave pressure cooker method for antigen retrieval.
