I knew it was something to do with Pseudomonas!
I spent my early days in the lab in microbiology at Babies and Childrens in
Cleveland culturing thick gooey sputum specimens from Cystic fibrosis patients
only to find the next day a petri dish oozing and dripping with wonderful
grape scented gelatinous green colonies of mucoid pseudomonas.
It was great until the Proteus took over.
