I think there is some confusion about the difference between the
performance/staining of the test and the
interpretation/quantifying/resulting of the test.
The performance or the staining is not the part of IHC, FISH, etc
that makes it high complexity. The interpretation/resulting is the
high complexity part. No different than the performance of creating H&E
slides which is not high complexity.
