I have been trying to stain paraffin embedded skin tissue from transgenic mice for HA tag expression to no avail.
Has anyone been successful for this.
These mice also express b-gal. Can I stain these sections for b-gal expression using the antibody. If so what method of antigen retrieval should I use as heat will destroy this enzyme.
