Hi,  I'm trying Dako MDM2 clone SMP14 and Vector MDM2 clone 1B10.  They
both give me weak staining with dirty background.  Does anyone have any
experience with this antibody:  such as which clone (and supplier) is
better or tips regarding the technical details (antigen retrieval,
dilution etc).
