[Histonet] Cryosectioning mouse Eyeball
I have a couple of Researchers here who are interested in cryosectioning
mouse eyeballs to look at the corneas. I have given them a few hints
(colder temperatures, cutting quickly and evenly, etc.) but they are
having variable results. I was wondering if anyone has any further
hints. Is there some sort of freezing media that someone would
recommend? We are using Tissue-Tek OCT. Thanks,
