Dear Rachael,

Based on what I understand about this molecule ICAM-1 should be expressed on the sinusoidal endothelial cells 
and perhaps the large veins and arteries as well. I would expect in a normal healthy mouse that the expression 
would be negative/weak. In a mouse undergoing metastatic events or perhaps injury/toxicity to the liver you would 
expect to see an increase in ICAM-1 expression in these endothelial cells.

I am sure a quick search on PubMed would give you just the information you are looking for.
