Ice crystals are often the result of one's technique in freezing the sample.

Having a problem with ice crystals showing up on a special stains done on frozen sectoin slides.  
Moisture is coming from a few sources.  We are trying to eliminate these sources. Any suggestions as how to get rid of these crystals would be appreciated.
