Has anybody done tract tracing with WGA-HRP or cholera toxin?
We have done it before, but have always processed the tissue soon
after the animal was sac'd. We may need to wait for a short period 
before processing the
brains. Does anybody have any suggestions for avoiding loss
of signal, or the best way to store this tissue?
Or is it even a problem?
