I want to do immunohistochemistry on cell culture for integrin alphaV and 
beta3.  Does 
anyone here have experience staining for this integrin?  I have a peroxidase 
conjugated 
secondary Ab, and also am looking for a good basic protocol using that kind of 
2?.
