Histonetters,
	The organizational controller and my direct supervisor have
requested I ask for this information.  Question:  What is your experience
with the ThermoShandon Excelsior processing center for reliability?  Do you
find it beneficial or necessary to have the service contract and net
monitoring?  We have had one for a year and are told the service contract
and net monitoring is beneficial/necessary to receive the upgrades to the
unit and for monitoring problems.  How many of you have a service contract
on these for 1 or 2 years and do not renew it? In our company, these service
contracts are reviewed legally and fiscally so it is important I research
information to support whatever decision is recommended.  Thanks for your
input.
