We have one person working Saturdays.  Embed, cut, stain (and process, if 
necessary) any rush biopsy (usually those with suspected transplant
rejection), embed 200-500 routine surgicals, then organize them (using
Co-Path) and print labels (again using Co-Path) so they're ready to cut
on Monday morning.  That plus clean-up usually takes all day.
