RE: [Histonet] Stanford Histo Supervisor
I have always embedded from hot melted paraffin, (and I am older than
dirt).Would have no idea how it would work otherwise. If I cannot get to
blocks ina reasonable amount of time, I set them out of the heat and remelt
beforeembedding. j-----Original Message-----From: histonet-bounces@lists.utsouthwestern.edu[mailto:histonet-bounces@lists.utsouthwestern.edu]On Behalf OfDMBCMP@aol.comSent: Wednesday, January 21, 2004 9:34 AMTo: histonet@lists.utsouthwestern.eduSubject: [Histonet] Stanford Histo SupervisorGood Morning:I wonder if you would mind responding to my question about using melted paraffin...o not... in the embedding centre while embedding blocks?
