cut GMA blocks off any block holders and infiltrate them in fresh activated
monomer (A+C if using the JB4 kit) as if they are unembedded tissue as you
got it in the first place.  The GMA will penetrate through the polymerized
block.  Reembedd the reinfiltrated old block of tissue as for the first
embedding.
