Hi all,
I am posting this for a fellow researcher
She is looking for a technique/reference to stain nerves in unfixed, fresh 
bone. Does such a technique exist? She is currently doing methylene blue 
supravital staining, but this seems to produce a lot of background (ie the  
bone is staining as well as the nerves) and is therefor not ideal. Any and 
all suggestions welcome
