I use 2 um sections. So it might be OK.
But I use only water for sticking sections to slides (by reason of other
method- lectins tests). And than, in H&E, I have problem with staying
sections on slide. So I use only short times- 3 min. Do you know any other
method of sticking? I somewhere read about sticking sections with JB-4
solution A...
