I'm experiencing the same problems. Recently I got information from someone in Germany who uses plexiglas slicecarriers in combination with two-component epoxybased glue. He is able to perform immunology on his saw-slices after deplastication. I've order some samples of glue and slicecarrier to work on it. Hopefully I can tell you more about it within short time.
