It's very easy if you float more then one ribbon of a waterbath at a time,
thereby increasing the time for creases to come out before picking them up.
A visual check with block is made before labelling the slide. The other way
is to pick a section up and write the number of the last block sectioned.
17yrs in a large routine histo lab is an enlightening experience!!

how do you put the worng tissue on the wrong slide. i know for a fact you
can only operate one microtome at a time. i have tried to use two at once,
when very busy.
