RE: frozen muscle

From:"Featherstone, Annette"

Hi Everyone

Recently asked for an esterase stain for muscle. The answer was to order
Sigma 91-C. We did but now we see we also need the kit for non-specific
esterase , Sigma 91-A. Is anyone out there using this for frozen muscle
immunohistochemistry to show motor end plates and denervated fibers?

Hi Histonetters :)
A question to all who work with frozen muscle and do enzyme staining....does
the "tissue freezing medium" interfere with the enzyme staining ?? Please

Thanks,
Nancy
