RE: PAS-trichrome (Boss etc)

From:"Monson, Frederick C."

RIGHT ON, John!!!!!

Every technician or technologist should have the ASCP and/or HT? right to
respond to a request with, "Where's the protocol?".

Every technician who invents a protocol should be the first in line as
either the primary or senior author on the first paper that utilizes it.

"Didn't look good" is exactly what to expect
from an attempt to combine PAS with a trichrome.

The person who should be asking these questions
is the "my boss" of the earlier enquiry. He/She
evidently knows nothing about either PAS or trichrome
stains. This boss should do some reading - buy a
few books, or go and read them in a library.

A boss should not expect her/his servants to be
better educated than h'self.
