What fixative are you using?  If 10% NBF, are you post-mordanting in

P.S.  We prefer the Gomori's One-Step.  You can use either light green or
aniline blue as your collagen stain.  We use the kit.

Subject: Masson Trichrome stain

Each time we perform a Masson Trichrome stain, the nuclei are bright red.  I
have used Polyscientific and Sigma kits, with both Weigerts and Harris
Hematoxylin.  Can anyone offer any suggestions?
