Leydig cells and LCM
Hi,
I am trying to stain Leydig
cells for pickup using laser capture microdissection. I have tryed oil red
o which stained the cells beautifully but I can not seem to get this stain to
work with LCM since oil red o is removed in alcohol and I can't get tissue to
lift from the slide without taking it through dehydrating
alcohols.
So the question
is:
Could someone recommend
a stain that will help differentiate Leydig cells in fetal rat testis
from other cells.?
or
Could
does anyone have a protocol for oil red o or any fat stain that will
work with LCM?
