Fw: VIP-5 Owners OOPS?

From:Melissa Jensen

To whom it may concern.
I thought I mis informed you in my first statement using xylene to clean
the back of bottle and rubber ring[thinking xylene and rubber don't make a
good combination].I changed it to ..clean with alcohol and grease the
area. The grease should take care of any drying effect the alcohol may have.
So I got up early the next morning to change the info I posted the previous
evening.I didn't want to ruin anyone's VIP.!..I have not called Sukura about
this, nor have I called them about the grease yet.Sukura is sending a service
person out Monday and I will ask than....I know this is a odd response to
most of you...but bear with me!There is a reason for my having to clarify
this.
Please scroll down and notice that the original reply was sent at 7:09 pm
01/04/03 .The oops was sent the following morning 01/15/03 at 5:35 am.These
were sent from home in less than a 12 hr period. After work and prior to the
next days work.I could not have placed a call to Sukura in that time
frame,unless I had taken the number home.Which I hadn't.If I had called them
I would have posted the type of grease information by now.
