Has anyone ever had a problem with fixation in
Alcoholic formalin and tissue adherence?

My slides are coming out very messy and folded.

The funny thing is, it happens only on ER, PR and not
Her2 slides....I am leaning more toward Antigen
retrieval.

My protocols specifically are
1.  Dako--Herceptest....Waterbath AR
2.  Dako--ER, PR...steamer AR

Any suggestions for tissue adherence problems on +
coated slides?
