Absolutely Necessary Lab Piece Available

From:"Monson, Frederick C."

I have in my hands a piece of lab equipment that probably should be in every
histo-lab where manual processing is still performed. Unfortunately, I only
have one, and as I am surrounded now by electron microscopes, I no longer
mix epoxy and paraffin.

It is a Fisher Scientific, Cat # 12-649-50V4, 115V, 20 watt, "Tissuemat
Knife". For the right offer, I might consider parting with the tool which
apparently has never been used. Of course, detailed instructions ARE
included. Hazard warning! The blade is made of beryllium-copper which is
safe, but Be necessitates a warning if users own any other tools. It is
likely that replacement parts are no longer available.

I will be sending a photo to the list image server so that those who don't
know they need one can gain wisdom after knowledge.

Cheers to all.
