Our problems with the VIP 5 were software related.  We had to have an upgrade of the software within
6 months of putting the unit in use.  There was no cost to us, except the time lost in down time, but if you
validate your computerized equipment, you may have to do some fast talking to avoid an update to your
validation documentation.
