Here is our protocol for Uroplakin III

ANTIBODY: Uroplakin     
SUPPLIER: RDI
CLONE: AU1
PRETREATMENT: Steam 20’ in citrate, cool 20’, 10’ in 0.1% pronase   
DILUTION: 1:5
DETECTION: Vector Elite ABC, DAB

We haven’t had much trouble with this antibody. It is specific, but not extremely sensitive. Hope this helps. If you have any questions, please contact me.
